Washington, DC — Pallas Advisors is pleased to announce that MG (Ret.) Charlie Cleveland is affiliating with Pallas Advisors as a Principal. With three decades of service in defense and intelligence, Charlie has held key leadership roles at tactical, operational and strategic levels, including within the Joint Special Operations Command and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
Charlie has deep expertise in intelligence, special operations, and space-remote sensing operations. His experience was refined while most recently serving as the Director of Operations for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, as the Vice Director for Intelligence (J2) for the Joint Chiefs of Staff (where he was responsible for overseeing intelligence requirements necessary for the success of joint military missions), and as the Director of Strategic Communications and spokesman for the NATO and US commands in Afghanistan.
