Rear Adm. (Ret.) Andrew Loiselle, Former Director of Air Warfare (OPNAV N98), Joins Pallas Advisors

Washington, DC — Pallas Advisors is pleased to announce that Rear Adm. (Ret.) Andrew Loiselle will be joining the firm as a Principal following his distinguished 35-year career in the United States Navy. He brings extensive experience in naval aviation, carrier strike group operations, and defense resource planning. He most recently served as Director of Air Warfare (OPNAV N98), advising the Chief of Naval Operations on aviation requirements, resourcing, and future capabilities.
Loiselle is recognized as a dynamic and operationally experienced leader, having commanded at every level from squadron through aircraft carrier to carrier strike group. A career fighter pilot, he flew F-14s and F/A-18s during multiple deployments worldwide. Ashore, he held key Pentagon and joint assignments, including on the Joint Staff (J35 and J7) and as executive assistant to the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Operations, Plans, and Strategy (N3/N5), giving him deep exposure to the Navy’s budgeting, acquisition, and force-planning processes.
