Sean Welch is a Principal at Pallas Advisors. With over 30 years of U.S. Marine Corps leadership in global logistics, force design, and strategic planning, Sean brings a unique combination of operational leadership, logistics expertise, and strategic insight to Pallas. Selected to command from platoon to regimental levels, and Director of Logistics (G-4) for III Marine Expeditionary Force, Sean has led large-scale sustainment operations across the Indo-Pacific and Middle East, and co-authored foundational Joint and Service-level force design concepts. His expertise bridges the tactical and the political, bolstered by his experience as a Congressional Fellow on Capitol Hill and his most recent role as Operations Officer for the Marine Corps Training and Education Command. A Non-Resident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council and a graduate of the Dwight D. Eisenhower School, Sean remains a leader in defense and national security affairs.
