PRINCIPAL

Major General (Ret.) Rupert Jones, CBE draws on over 30 years’ leadership in the British Army. He brings extensive senior operational experience, including serving as the deputy commander of the U.S.-led coalition that defeated ISIS, for which he was awarded the U.S. Legion of Merit. Other notable senior roles included: commanding the British Brigade in Afghanistan; serving as the Army’s Director of Communications and member of its Executive Board; and commanding the UK’s rapid reaction HQs on permanent standby for any global crisis. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Reading University and a master’s degree in defense technology from Cranfield University.
