Washington, DC — Pallas Advisors is pleased to announce that Gen. (Ret.) Mike Minihan will be joining the firm as a Senior Principal. This follows his distinguished 34-year career in the United States Air Force. Minihan brings extensive experience in global mobility operations, joint force integration, and Indo-Pacific strategic leadership to the firm. He most recently served as Commander of Air Mobility Command at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, where he led over 100,000 Airmen in providing rapid global mobility through a fleet of 1,100 aircraft.
Minihan is known as a disruptive and effective leader who has commanded at the squadron, wing, and task force levels. He also served as Deputy Commander of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command. As a command pilot with more than 3,400 flying hours, his expertise spans multiple aircraft, including the C-130 Hercules, KC-10, and C-32.
"General Minihan's bold leadership and adoption of new technologies, like autonomy and unmanned systems, make him an exceptional addition to our team," said Sally Donnelly, Founding Partner at Pallas Advisors. "His deep understanding of the Indo-Pacific and his willingness to challenge slow-moving decision cycles will be instrumental in helping our clients navigate complex national security challenges."
"In today's rapidly evolving security landscape, bridging the gap between innovative technologies and operational requirements is more critical than ever," said Mike Minihan. "I'm excited to join the Pallas team and leverage my experience to help accelerate the delivery of cutting-edge capabilities to our warfighters while strengthening our national security posture."
