Colonel (Ret.) Sean Welch, Former Marine Corps Operations and Logistics Leader, Joins Pallas Advisors

Washington, DC — Pallas Advisors is pleased to announce that Colonel (Ret.) Sean Welch has joined the firm as a Principal. Welch transitions to the private sector following a distinguished 30-year career in the United States Marine Corps, bringing a wealth of expertise in global operations, logistics, force design and development, planning, and legislative affairs.
Welch most recently served as the Operations Officer (G-3) for the Marine Corps Training and Education Command, where he spearheaded force development and enterprise-wide training initiatives. His deep operational background includes serving as the Logistics Officer (G-4) for III Marine Expeditionary Force in Okinawa, Japan, where he directed complex sustainment operations across the Indo-Pacific, from the Korean Peninsula to Singapore.

Throughout his career, Welch has held pivotal roles within the Joint Staff, Marine Corps Combat Development and Integration (CD&I), and the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory. With significant experience in force design and concept development, he has also served as a legislative liaison on Capitol Hill and currently contributes to national security discourse as a Non-Resident Senior Fellow with the Atlantic Council’s Forward Defense program.
