Lindsey supports clients across the national security and defense ecosystem, including AI/ML and software-as-a-service companies, innovative dual-use firms, and high-net-worth individuals seeking to contribute to the national security landscape. She brings analytical thinking, adept problem-solving, and strategic vision from her experience across nonprofits, the public sector, and academia. Prior to joining Pallas, Lindsey worked in the nonprofit sector and at the U.S. Department of State, where she managed programs in conflict environments and studied the impact of AI and emerging technologies on security policy. 

Lindsey holds an M.A. in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), with concentrations in Security, Strategy, and Statecraft, and the Middle East. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from U.C. Berkeley, with concentrations in International Relations, French, and Arabic.
