Katie specializes in client relations and strategic communications, with a portfolio focused on disruptive tech and AI. She has a background in cultivating relationships across the U.S. government, think tanks, academia, and the private sector. During her previous role as Vice President and founding member of the U.S. Diplomatic Studies Foundation (DSF), she developed numerous innovative programs that fostered interagency collaboration and public-private exchanges. Prior to joining DSF, she worked at the Atlantic Council’s Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security, where she led the center's government modernization portfolio and conducted research on countering violent extremism.
She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame and an M.A. in Security Studies from Georgetown University.
