James Hnat is a former public company c-suite executive, corporate attorney and general counsel with nearly 25 years of practice specializing in transportation and aviation-related legal matters. James previously served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of JetBlue Airways Corporation with responsibilities overseeing Legal, Government and Airport Affairs,  Sustainability and Cybersecurity. Prior to his time at JetBlue, he was an attorney at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley and McCloy. James holds a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame and B.A. from Boston University.
