Duane provides leadership and guidance on the firm’s mentorship, scholarship, and talent management programs. He also serves as the firm's CIO in addition to managing a portfolio of cybersecurity, high performance compute, AI/Autonomy, UAS, operational energy, and healthy building technologies. Duane has a background in cybersecurity, data management, and enterprise IT services. Before Pallas, Duane served for 30 years in the Army as a career communications officer. His previous assignments include Executive Officer to the Army CIO/G6, Chief of Staff to the Joint Staff J6, and Commander 160th Signal Brigade. 

 

Duane holds his B.S. from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, an M.S. from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and an M.A. in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College.
