Admiral (Ret.) Dennis Blair was the Director of National Intelligence, the Commander of U.S. Pacific Command, and served more than 30 years in the U.S. Navy. Dennis is the Executive Chairman of the Sasakawa Peace Foundation USA, serves on the Board of the Center for Naval Analysis, and is a frequent commentator on Indo-Pacific economic and security issues. As a Rhodes Scholar he earned a master’s degree from Oxford University. He holds a B.S. from the United States Naval Academy.
