Andrew Loiselle
Principal
Rear Adm. (Ret.) Andrew Loiselle served as Director of Air Warfare (OPNAV N98), advising the Chief of Naval Operations on all matters related to naval aviation requirements, resourcing, and future capabilities. Over 35-years of service, he commanded at every level from squadron through aircraft carrier to carrier strike group. A career naval aviator, he flew F-14s and F/A-18s during multiple deployments worldwide. Ashore, Loiselle served on the Joint Staff (J35 and J7) and as executive assistant to the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Operations, Plans, and Strategy (N3/N5).
Loiselle is a graduate of Assumption College, the Naval Postgraduate School, and the Navy’s Nuclear Power School. His personal awards include the Defense Superior Service Medal, the Legion of Merit, the Meritorious Service Medal, and the Air Medal.
