Sean joined Pallas as an Analyst after completing the fellowship program. He has a background in government affairs and in journalism, having worked for four years as a writer and editor at The American Interest magazine. Sean has a B.A. in International Studies from Boston College and a M.I.A. from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, where he focused on Russia and the post-Soviet space.
