Lieutenant General (Ret.) Reynold Hoover assists clients on intelligence and homeland security matters. He recently retired from the U.S. Army as Deputy Commander of U.S. Northern Command after a 35-year career in the military. Previously, Reynold worked at the Central Intelligence Agency, as the Homeland Security Advisor to the White House, and as an Advisor to the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency. He has a unique background with deep knowledge of the National Guard Bureau, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the Department of Homeland Security, and the CIA. Reynold is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, holds a master's degree from the US Army War College, and has a law degree from The Catholic University of America.
