Melinda is a national security technology and policy strategist with extensive
experience in technology security, government acquisition, the defense industrial base, and CFIUS and FIRRMA Legislation. She has served in the DoD for over 10 years, including as an Industrial Policy principal advisor and the Director of the DPA Title III Office. Prior to that, she served in several capacities at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) including managing a team while deployed in Iraq. Previously, Melinda worked in the commercial semiconductor and telecommunications sectors. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan, a master's from Georgia Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
