Masseh Tahiry directs part of the Pallas portfolio focused on AI/ML, cyber, space tech, and dual-use venture investments. He brings multi-disciplinary thinking, experiences, and skills from the commercial, public, and non-profit sectors. He has leveraged those experiences to guide companies to explore future technology investments and risks. Masseh comes to Pallas from futures and foresight firm Toffler Associates, where he was the Disruptive Tech Portfolio Lead, and he has recently served as part of the National Security Innovation Network’s (NSIN) Defense Innovation Accelerator (NSIN Foundry) as an Entrepreneur In Residence.
