Diego applies his experience in national security, policy, and communications to support Pallas Ventures. He has a background advising senior leaders in and out of government, including the CEO of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation and the C-suite of a Fortune 500 defense contractor. As Special Assistant to the Under Secretary of Defense for Research & Engineering, Diego supported the standup of the Pentagon Office of Strategic Capital. 

Diego is a graduate of Harvard College and a lifelong resident of the Washington DC metropolitan area.
