Chandler specializes in strategy development and operations, with a portfolio focused on cybersecurity, nuclear, and higher education. Before joining Pallas Advisors, Chandler served for five years in the U.S. Air Force, where he managed logistics and maintenance operations, including contributing to the largest non-combatant evacuation airlift in U.S. history. His analysis of national security affairs has been featured in the Australian Strategic Policy Institute, Modern War Institute, and War Room at the U.S. Army War College. 

 

Chandler earned a B.S. in English from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an M.A. in International Relations with a specialization in cyber diplomacy from Norwich University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional.
