Moshe specializes in client relations, focused on a portfolio of dual-use tech and AI, in addition to leading the firm’s engagements with think tanks. He has a background in media and national security, and brings experience working as an insights analyst at a digital media company and on the editorial staff of a magazine focused on Middle East politics. 

 

Moshe holds a B.A. in History from New York University, with a minor in Politics. He also has an M.A. in Security Studies from Georgetown University, where his studies surrounded nuclear weapons, missile defense, and civil-military relations.
