Alison has a background in international policy and strategic communications, and most recently worked at the World Bank to strengthen governmental policy channels for economic research. Prior to joining the World Bank, Alison worked in communications and geopolitical risk at the United Nations World Food Program in West Africa, the Aspen Institute, and the Scowcroft Group. Alison holds a master's degree in International Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a B.A. in Journalism from Northwestern University.
