Alison Boyer has a background in strategic communications and government relations. Before joining Pallas, Alison worked at the World Bank, focusing on economic policy across Africa.  Prior to joining the World Bank, Alison worked in communications with the United Nations World Food Program in Senegal and the Aspen Institute in Washington, DC. She also has experience in geopolitical risk analysis with The Scowcroft Group. Alison holds a master's degree in International Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a B.A. in Journalism from Northwestern University.
