Emily is an Analyst who joined the team after completing a Pallas fellowship. She has a background in public policy, international security, and economics, and has experience working in public policy at the federal and local level. She recently earned her BA from the University of Maryland, where she is also currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Policy.
