Meet our Speakers

Gen. (Ret.) John Hyten

General (Ret.) John Hyten, after a distinguished 40-year career in the U.S. Air Force, served as the 11th Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Known for his advocacy for integrating commercial technologies at speed for warfighters, General Hyten was the nation's second-highest-ranking military officer before retiring in November 2021. General Hyten is available to speak on space policy, leadership and motivation, speed and risk-taking, and strategic deterrence.

LTG (Ret.) Bob Ashley

Lieutenant General (Ret.) Bob Ashley has over 36 years of strategic and operational military intelligence experience, specializing in defense intelligence, global operations, and risk management. He was the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency and the Army Deputy Chief of Staff, G-2, advising the Secretary of the Army and Army Chief of Staff on intelligence, counterintelligence, and security. He is available to speak on intelligence, geopolitics, and the intersection between business and national security.

Lt. Gen. (ret.) Clint Hinote

Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Clinton Hinote draws on a distinguished career spanning over 30 years in the United States Air Force. Prior to his retirement, Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Hinote served as both the Deputy Chief of Staff, Strategy, Integration, and Requirements at Air Force Futures and Deputy Executive Director of the Air Force Warfighting Integration Capability. He also served as Military Assistant to the Deputy Secretary of Defense and commanded in Germany and South Korea. He is available to speak on the future of innovation in national security.

Gen. (Ret.) Mike Minihan

General (Ret.) Mike Minihan served as Commander of Air Mobility Command, where he led over 100,000 Total Force Airmen executing the global air mobility mission with a fleet of over 1,000 aircraft. As U.S. Transportation Command's air component commander, he oversaw operations spanning more than 100 locations worldwide. Previously, Minihan served as Deputy Commander of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command. He is available to speak on leadership, risk-taking and speed of innovation for business.
